About Me

I'm a dedicated property investor from West London. After graduating with a degree in Business with Computing, I successfully refurbished an extremely unmodernised house in West Drayton, transforming it into a great and successful home. This experience sparked my passion for real estate, driving me to invest in property full-time. Now, I leverage my expertise to identify promising opportunities and optimise property value for my own portfolio.

I target investment opportunities using both the BRRR (Buy, Rehab, ​Rent, Refinance) model and property flipping, focusing on ​properties needing modernisation and reconfiguration to ​significantly add value.

With a portfolio capacity allowing for investments in properties ​priced below £400,000, I am strategically positioned to capitalise​ on underpriced properties needing renovation.​

My investment interests are concentrated in the West London​ area. This region is particularly appealing due to its proximity and​ convenience, which allows for efficient management and oversight of​ my investments. By focusing on this area, I aim to leverage my local​ market knowledge and logistical advantages to maximise returns on​ investment.​
